1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Option 1: Standard
    Meet at Malls Available Tuesdays at Gamecity and Thursdays at Rail Park Mall.
  • Option 2: Local Delivery (Gaborone) Products are delivered within Gaborone. Delivery time: 1 to 2 days.
  • Option 3: Extended Local Delivery Available in Phakalane, Mogoditshane, Tlokweng, and Mmopane. Delivery time: 1 to 2 days.
  • Option 4: Nationwide Courier Products are couriered nationwide. Delivery time: 1 to 2 days.

Shipping costs for all options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping restrictions

At this time, we do not have any shipping restrictions.


4. Missing or lost packages
